A quick and festive no-bake dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy cream cheese-yogurt topping, and a colorful fruit flag design perfect for patriotic celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheets)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white seedless grapes or banana slices

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed (about 5 minutes).
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pan, creating an even layer. Use the back of a spoon or bottom of a glass to compact it well. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer or whisk. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Spread the creamy topping evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
  5. Arrange the blueberries in the top-left corner to form the blue canton. Create horizontal stripes with alternating rows of sliced strawberries and white grapes or banana slices (about 10 minutes).
  6. Place the assembled fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the topping to firm up and flavors to meld.
  7. Slice with a sharp knife (wipe clean between cuts) and serve chilled.

Notes

Soften cream cheese well before mixing to avoid lumps. Press crust firmly and chill before adding topping to prevent crumbling. Wash and dry fruit thoroughly to avoid watery topping. Toss banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Assemble fruit flag close to serving time for best freshness. Best eaten within 24 hours. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator up to 2 days.
